BRIEF HISTORY
On the day February 13, 2011, Architect Romlene B. Guiruela an architecture board passer in the Philippines established ARCHROME DESIGN AND BUILD SERVICES, that soon be abbreviated as ARDESIGN. An Architectural firm that provide building plans, Architectural, Interior Design and Construction services. The Architect started the company with two apprentices, doing small projects like; house renovation, house extension, and sometimes complete house construction. In an office of a size 120 sqm, the clients dream houses were first built there on plans.
With determination and good practice of business ethics, what once small company is now on medium scale, and now can cater multiple high-end residential projects within Metro Manila, Laguna, Cavite and Batangas.

Building Plans
Architectural Design
In architecture and building engineering, a building plan is a drawing to scale, showing a view of the relationships between rooms, spaces and other physical features at one level of a structure.
Concept that focuses on the components or elements of a structure or system and unifies them into a coherent and functional whole, according to a particular approach in achieving the objective(s) under the given constraints or limitations.
Interior Design
Interior design is the total creative solution for a programmed interior. It encompasses the conceptual planning, aesthetic and technical solutions applied to achieve the desired result. A “programmed interior” means a specific intended purpose or use of the built environment.
Construction Services
Construction is the process of preparing for and forming buildings and building systems. Construction starts with planning, design, and financing and continues until the structure is ready for occupancy.

Interior Designer

Landscape Architect
Qualifications:

BS Architecture graduate (licensed preferred)

22-28 yrs of age, Male or Female

With at least 2 years of experience in landscape design

He/She should be able to conceptualize landscape designs, manage production staff, produce construction details.
3D/2D CAD Designer
Qualifications:

Proficient on solidworks (3d,3d and surface design)

Knowledge in Autocad, Sketch Up, Photoshop

Must be a graduate of Interior Design; Architecture or Civil Engineering

With or without experience and licensed
-
Team player; organize; systematic and has keen eye for details
